Overall great stay. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities, and was pretty close to everywhere you’d need to go. The complex is new, so there aren’t a TON of restaurants and places to explore, but still a really nice clean area. Host was responsive and made sure everything was taken care of

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the pictures, also the accommodation was easy to reach and clean and tidy. We received clear instructions well in advance and there was always good contact with us, the service and communication is therefore top. Also very convenient that there are plenty of parking spaces in the parking garage and the reception/security was always available (24/7). The location is top, only the only downside I can actually mention is that there is quite a lot of construction in the area and that they continue at night, so there is quite a bit of noise nuisance. Fortunately, I was able to sleep through it (I'm a heavy sleeper), but unfortunately my wife wasn't. For the rest, there is everything near the accommodation, the cafes and restaurants are within walking distance and there is even a small supermarket right next to the entrance, which was very convenient for us. The views were also breathtakingly beautiful, especially the Burj Khalifa.

We rented an apartment with them. We arrived in an area that was not the best we expected, but the house was exactly what was in the photos. We had a problem and the host solved it promptly. I recommend them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was as described and then some. We were met by one of the staff for a meet & greet introduction and a thorough explanation of the workings of the apartment. The unit was immaculate with plenty of towels, toiletries and even laundry soap. The service was excellent and all the staff was attentive and very responsive to any of our needs and questions. It was a wonderful home-away-from home for our stay in Dubai and we highly recommend it!!!!
